Buying Conditions

Order
After placing your order at dundelina, you will receive an order confirmation with the description of the items you have bought. You will soon be informed if the goods you ordered are not available.

Payment & Prices
All prices are given in Norwegian kroner and include mva. Posting charges are not included. Taxes and other expenses in other countries are payed by the buyer.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay using Paypal. Dundelina does not save any card infromation.

Personal Information
Dundelina registers only the information that is necessary for delivering your order. All personal information is confidential.

Delivery & Delivery Costs
1. We can send your goods by certified post. By using this method your package can be traced with a tracking number. The package is sent to your closest post office and you will receive a pick up notice in your mailbox. You have to pick it up at the post office. Cost for figures and book: 40kr - Cost for toys and garments: 135kr 2.We can also send your package by normal post. If you choose this method and the package is lost on its way to you, you will be responsible for the loss and the value of the goods will not be returned to you. Cost for figures and book 25kr - Cost for toys and garments 65kr. All packages to Svalbard have a 148kr (excl mva) surcharge. Packages outside Norway will be charged using the day rate from the post office.

Delivery within Norway takes approximately 5 days. Outside Norway aproximately 10 days.

Packages not collected from the post office
You will be charged with a 250 kr fee.

Cancellation Right and Return of Goods
If you are not satisfied with the goods you received you have the right to return them under the Angrerettloven § 11. You must inform us that you would like to make use of your right within 14 days from the day that you received the goods, jfr. Angrerettloven § 13.

Goods must be un-used, they must have all the labels and be in the original packaging. The return costs will be payed by you. Goods must be returned by certified post with tracking number (smartpost). If the goods are lost on their way to us, and you have used another method for sending them than the above, you will be responsible for the loss and the value of the goods will not be returned to you.

If you are returning the goods due to wrong delivery we pay the post costs.

After we have received the package and checked that everything is in order, we will credit the returned amount to the same credit card used to pay for the goods.

Cancellations
So long we have not sent your order, you have the possibility to cancel it. Take contact with us by e-mail: sales@dundelina.com

Damaged goods
If goods are damaged under transportation, you must keep the packaging and deliver it together with the damaged goods to Posten Norge As. You will receive from them a form that must be filled. Take contact with the Post client service at kundeservice by e-mail: kundeservice@posten.no or by phone: 810 00 710.

Minimum age
To be able to buy at dundelina you must be over 18 years old.
